Located in one of Portland's most walkable neighborhoods, the K2 Building is fully renovated and built sustainable green. It is home to Wild Tiger Thai Restaurant, Flowers By Dorcas, Aliviar Coffee, and many office users.
The three story building was renovated to meet LEED certifications and utilizes high efficiency heating and cooling systems, green janitorial services, recycling areas and bike parking.
